Summary: guna ponders on things while overlooking his city
Laguna stood on the balcony, overlooking the softly glowing city.
He watched as the motorized vehicles float and be whisked off through the tubes that surrounded the city. He smiled gently as he let his eyes fall upon his people walking, talking, smiling and laughing softly.
A light breeze tugged at the loose strands of hair, letting them fly around his face.
He was the president of a country for almost 20 years; he had been the force of change in a country. He helped change the way the country ran and it was a great run.
Like his time here, he wondered when it would become his time for a change.
